Mahatma Gandhi University MCA 3rd Sem (Regular) Exam Dec 2025/ Jan 2026 Timetable

Students of the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme at MGU and its affiliated colleges have been waiting eagerly for the release of the 3rd Semester Regular exam schedule. Recently, MGU listed MCA among courses for which the 2025 time-table has been published. 

Historically, the 3rd semester MCA exams under MGU have been held once a year. For example, in 2025, the previous 3rd Semester exam cycle ran from February 10 to February 20, with papers conducted in a single session daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

 That gives students a rough sense of what to expect, though the schedule for the upcoming December 2025 / January 2026 session may differ.

MGU has instructed all MCA regular candidates to check the official university portal under the “Examination” or “Time-table” section to download the full timetable, which includes subject-wise exam dates, paper codes (if applicable), and any relevant instructions. 

In preparation for the exams, MCA 3rd-semester students are advised to:

• Keep an eye on official notifications and download the timetable as soon as it becomes available.
• Ensure they have clear hall tickets and valid photo-ID in hand (as per standard exam rules).
• Complete any internal assessments or lab/practical requirements, if applicable, before the exams.
• Plan their revision schedule based on the timetable, and begin early to cover core papers such as database systems, software engineering, and web technologies (often part of third-semester syllabus).
